You will work in tight collaboration with business and technical teams during the full lifecycle development process – including requirements analysis, design, development, deployment, testing and maintenance. Cooperate with the cross-functional teams on understanding business requirements and defining the scope and lead the team in delivering solutions at the highest standard that meets business and Noction goals.

— RESPONSIBILITIES —

• Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of the scrum team in Agile methodology.

• Responsible for removing the impediments for the scrum team.

• Arrange daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo, and decision-making processes to ensure quick inspection and proper use of the adaptation process.

• Help product owners to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.

• Responsible for conducting retrospective meetings.

• Organize and facilitate the sprint planning meeting.

• Lead, coach and motivate project team members on a proactive basis.

— QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS  —

• At least 1-year experience as a Scrum Master.

• Scrum Master certification will be considered a plus.

• Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA/Confluence is preferred) and/or software packages.

• Experience working in a team-orientated, collaborative environment.

• Clearly communicate expectations to team members.

• Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.
